Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to every website sale between Doctor Bob’s Veterinary Clinic and its customers. There will be no variations to these terms and conditions unless explicitly stated in writing by Doctor Bob’s Veterinary Clinic.

Trading Name
Our legal business name is Waimauku Veterinary Services Limited, and we also trade under this name. “Doctor Bob’s Veterinary Clinic.” will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions made through this website.

While we endeavour to supply correct information on this website at all times, mistakes, errors or omissions may occur. Doctor Bob’s Veterinary Clinic takes no responsibility for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or application of information contained on this site.

Prices shown on the Doctor Bob’s Veterinary Clinic website are listed in New Zealand dollars, and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change or alter any prices at any time for any reason. Any variation to an order (once accepted) will result in price adjusting to reflect the variation.

Doctor Bob’s Veterinary Clinic will accept full payment only for any online order made within New Zealand. Payment can be made via Direct Payment Services (DPS) with a Visa or Mastercard.

Product Range and Availability
All efforts will be made to fulfil any order placed with Doctor Bob’s Veterinary Clinic; however, we accept no responsibility or liability should we be unable to supply the goods ordered for any reason.

Delivery and Delivery Charges
Doctor Bob’s Veterinary Clinic uses flat postage charges for all orders within New Zealand. These are:
South Island delivery addresses: $6.00 FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $50
North Island delivery addresses (

excludes Waiheke Island): $6 FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $50
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but the vast majority of all our orders have reached our New Zealand customers within 1-4 business days of order.
Orders made by customers for delivery addresses outside New Zealand will not immediately be charged; we will instead collect the details of your order and get in touch with you to confirm delivery charges for your order to your country.

Product Range and Availability
All efforts will be made to fulfil any order placed with Doctor Bob’s Veterinary Clinic. However, we accept no responsibility should we be unable to supply ordered goods for any reason.

Because we pride ourselves on the speed of our delivery and do our utmost to despatch your order as soon as we possibly can, it is not possible to cancel or alter your order once it has been confirmed. However, once you have received your goods, we are happy to exchange them for you if you have changed your mind. For the purposes of such exchanges:
The goods being exchanged must be returned to Doctor Bob’s Veterinary Clinic in the original, unopened condition.
Goods you get as a replacement must be of the same or lower value than the original purchase.
You must meet all postage costs for both the return of your original purchase as well as the despatch of the replacement goods.
Customers have the right to return any goods deemed faulty or damaged in transit for a replacement. The following conditions apply terms returned in these circumstances:
• Where goods are being returned due to a fault or damage, they must be in original condition.
• Where return is due to a fault, the customer must contact Doctor Bob’s Veterinary Clinic within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Damaged items must not be signed for at the time of delivery and must be rejected – a new replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
Doctor Bob’s Veterinary Clinic will cover the postage costs involved for the return and replacement of any faulty or defective goods.

Personal Information
Through conducting its normal business, Doctor Bob’s Veterinary Clinic may collect customer information including purchase history, contact and delivery details. This information will remain confidential and will be held securely, and will not be disclosed to any third party.
Customer Consent
Customers who do not wish to have any personal information collected and used for any purpose other than that required to complete the transaction will need to express this in writing at the time of purchase.
Access to Personal Information
Personal information relating to the customer is available under the Privacy Act 1993, and the customer may request changes to the information held.
